Palm Sunday

Matthew 20:29 – As Jesus and his disciples were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed him. 30: Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”

We had a great weekend!

Saturday morning we got up early and cleaned the house a little bit. Then we went to Lewiston to meet Andy’s Dad, his Girlfriend Cathy, and his Aunt Carol. It was Andy’s Dad’s 57th birthday, so we all celebrated at Tin Tin, his favorite Chinese resturant. The food is not all that good, but he loves it!

After lunch we went back to Aunt Carol’s. They had just put in a sunroom, so she wanted to show everyone. It turned out really well. I would love a room with that much light for all my plants. Someday.

Yesterday we went to a new church, The Rock of Portland. It was so good. We are so encourged to go back. Hopefully this is the church were God want’s us. I counted 16 young couples!

In the afternoon we took a long walk on the beach at Ocean Park. It was so cold near the water, but Molly loves running on the beach. I finally remembered to bring her ball, so she really enjoyed that!

The Bishops Daughter came out this week. I can’t wait to pick it up tonight! If you haven’t read any of the series, I highly recommend them.

We watched Memoirs of a Geisha last night. I wasn’t expecting much because I really have no interest in this sort of thing, but it came highly recommened by friends. To my suprise it was really good. They’re was no nudity which was unexpected especially because of the content. The life of a Geisha is not an easy one though.
